BACKGROUND

Run For Wellness is designed to promote physical well-being, community connection, and positive living among people of all ages. The event emphasised the idea of “carrying forward” — encouraging participants to move ahead with resilience, teamwork, and a healthy mindset. Since its launch in 2017, the event has steadily expanded, engaging over 10,000 participants and strengthening its role as a meaningful community sports initiative.
