FAMILY SPORTS DAY
BACKGROUND
The HKEX Family Sports Day was organised to celebrate the company’s 25th anniversary and strengthen connection among employees across Hong Kong and China. The inclusive event welcomed participants of all ages — from babies to elderly family members — while fostering friendly competition across departments. Featuring track and field competitions, interactive game booths, and wellness workshops, the programme promoted active living and team spirit.
SOLUTION
Yello led end-to-end event delivery, covering competition and game design, participant registration, production materials, and all event logistics. We conducted pre-event training workshops to equip employees for the competitions while ensuring seamless on-site operations.
