Falcon graduated with a Bachelor of Physical Education & Recreation Management. Prior to joining Yello, Falcon had been working in the USA as a camp counselor. This experience has enabled Falcon to become more creative, outgoing and further improved his ability to cope with different situations. He always believes that sports can bring about inspiration and influence people. Since graduating from university, he is keen on making a positive contribution to the local sports community.

Falcon is very passionate about ice hockey, he spends a lot of time practicing and competing. He also enjoys film photography.
